Self-storage reservations & availability

TheStorageControl shows unit availability across all your facilities in real time. Reservations arrive through your website or are created by staff, with planned move-in, source and expiry date. A confirmed reservation becomes a customer and contract in one action.

Units in grid view, filtered by size and availability, with monthly price

Without one system

Double bookings, holds that quietly expire and no idea which units free up next month.

With TheStorageControl

Every free unit is bookable instantly, every hold has an expiry and you plan tomorrow's availability today.

01 · Availability

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How long is a reservation held?

You set an expiry date on each reservation. The system shows how much time is left and flags reservations that are about to expire or have processing issues.

Can a reservation become a contract in one action?

Yes. You convert a reservation into customer and contract records, and the move-in is linked to that day's queue.

Where do reservations come from?

From the public booking journey on your website, or staff create them after a phone call, a portal request or a walk-in. The source is recorded on every reservation.

Can I plan future availability?

Yes. Confirmed reservations and scheduled contract ends together determine which units are free and when, so you can look ahead.
