Frequently asked questions

What is in the move-in queue?

For each move-in or move-out: the scheduled time, tenant, unit, responsible staff member and the status of checklist, access and payment. You choose which columns you see.

When is a unit released again?

As soon as the move-out is complete. Terminating the contract schedules the move-out, after which the system releases the unit for rent.

Can a tenant move to a different unit?

Yes. A move to another unit runs through the contract, so billing and access move with it.
