Frequently asked questions
Can I export all of my data?
Yes. You can export the full workspace dataset: facilities, units, tenants, reservations, contracts, invoices, payments, statements, collections, maintenance, risk records and audit events.
Does TheStorageControl have an API?
Yes. You can publish queries from the SQL Explorer as API endpoints with a key per endpoint, and there is an inbound API for data from outside.
Which integrations are available?
Out of the box: Mollie (payments), Sensorberg and SC Solutions (access control), Twilio (SMS), Resend (email), OpenAI (AI features) and Microsoft Entra ID (sign-in). Accounting connections, such as reports from Exact Online, and other systems are set up per customer.
In which languages does the system talk to tenants?
In Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
