In TheStorageControl, AI is an assistant, never the source of truth. The data assistant answers questions about your data with tables that come straight from the server, read-only and within your facility permissions. AI writes SQL and email drafts, but a person decides. Legal or collections messages never go out without human approval.
01 · Data assistant
Ask a question about customers, facilities, debtors, invoices, units and occupancy, contracts or reservations, and open the right record straight from the answer.
The model does not write SQL or see tables. It picks a tool and filters; the server validates, authorises and executes. Counts and totals come from the server, so the numbers in the answer always match the screens.
02 · SQL and email
In the SQL Explorer, AI writes the query from your question; you run it. In the email studio, AI prepares a draft that a staff member reviews and sends.
03 · Roadmap
In 2026, TheStorageControl is extending AI into an active layer in the operation, within fixed permissions and with the same rules: deterministic objects and statuses remain the truth, and financial or legal actions require human confirmation.
