Can customers pay online?
Yes. Online payments and payment links run through Mollie. The payment is linked to the customer and invoice straight away.
What happens if a booking gets stuck?
The system flags failed or incomplete conversions. You see what is missing and reprocess the booking with the Auto-create action.
Is the booking environment separate from my team's system?
Yes. Admin, public booking and customer portal are separate environments with their own access, sharing the same data.
