Can maintenance block a unit from being rented?

Yes. Units with open maintenance are flagged as blocked for booking and do not appear as available.

What is BEMS?

BEMS stands for Building Energy Management System. In TheStorageControl it is the module where you add energy meters and view consumption per period and facility.

Do I see open maintenance on the dashboard?

Yes. The number of open maintenance issues is on the central dashboard and can be filtered by facility.
