For self-storage operators with one facility up to hundreds, and for investors and developers opening a new facility.
What does TheStorageControl cost?
Pricing is on request. You pay a one-off tailored implementation and a monthly licence per active facility; add-ons such as the SQL Explorer are optional. You receive a proposal after a demo.
Can I use my existing floor plans?
Yes. You import a vector PDF, SVG or scan; the system recognises the unit codes and turns them into a live map that you review and publish in the app.
Which systems does TheStorageControl connect to?
Including Mollie (payments), Sensorberg and SC Solutions (access control), Exact Online (financial reports), Peppol (e-invoices), Resend and Twilio (email and SMS), Microsoft Entra ID (sign-in) and OpenAI (AI features). Other systems connect through the API.
Does my data stay mine?
Yes. You can export the full workspace dataset whenever you like, query your data yourself with the SQL Explorer and publish queries as APIs.
How does TheStorageControl use AI?
AI is an assistant, never the source of truth. The data assistant is read-only, within your permissions, and the numbers in an answer come straight from the server. Legal or collections messages never go out without human approval.
Which languages does the system support?
The app and tenant communication are available in Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
