How are API endpoints secured?
Each endpoint has its own API key, which is stored hashed. Endpoints have a row limit and a rate limit, and publishing is recorded in the audit log.
Can an endpoint deliver only changes?
Yes. With incremental delivery based on a key column, a consumer only fetches rows that changed since last time.
