What data we process and why

Cookies and storage in your browser
This website sets no tracking, advertising or social media cookies, and no scripts from Google, Meta or LinkedIn run on it. We only keep this functional data in your browser:

Who we share data with
We do not sell data or share it for marketing. We work with these parties, which only process data on our behalf:
- Vercel Inc.: website hosting (servers in Frankfurt) and anonymous visitor statistics.
- Resend: delivery of the email with your demo request to our team.
- Data Analytics B.V.: the database in which requests and statistics are stored.
Transfers outside the EU
Vercel and Resend are US companies. If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area as a result, this happens on the basis of the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Links to other services
If you click WhatsApp, LinkedIn or another external link, you go to that service. From then on, their privacy policy applies. Those services load nothing on our own pages.
Security
The website only runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Requests are stored in a separate database schema with its own user that can only access that schema. Only staff with a personal account can see them; passwords are stored encrypted and sign-in is temporarily blocked after repeated failed attempts.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict processing, to object, and to receive your data in a common format. Send your request to hello@thestoragecontrol.com; we respond within one month. We make no automated decisions and build no profiles.
If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl). Of course, we would rather hear it from you first.
