Self-storage customer & lead management

Every booking on your website automatically becomes a customer record in TheStorageControl, linked to the reservation, contract, invoices and payments. The customer file shows units, balance and whether automatic payment is active. Bookings still missing a payment, ID or signature are flagged.

Inbox of website bookings by status: new, in progress, needs attention and converted

Without one system

Bookings arrive by email, customer details are scattered and nobody knows which booking is stuck.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do website bookings become customers automatically?

Yes. An accepted website booking automatically creates a customer record and links it to the reservation, the unit and later the contract, invoices and payments.

What is in the customer file?

Name and contact details, customer status and start date, linked units, contracts, invoices and payments, the current balance and whether automatic payment is active.

Can I create tenants myself too?

Yes. Staff can create a tenant manually, for example for a walk-in or phone booking. The system distinguishes website bookings from bookings made by staff.

Which bookings need attention?

Bookings that are still missing a payment, identification or signature, or where processing failed. They sit at the top of the inbox and on the dashboard.
