Upload a vector PDF, SVG or scan of your floor plan. The system reads the unit codes, checks them against your unit list and colours each shape: green matched, orange check, red no match. After your review you publish the map, no code release needed.

Frequently asked questions

Can I manage several self-storage facilities in one account?

Yes. You switch between a portfolio view and a single facility. Each facility has its own address, time zone, access hours and responsible manager, and staff only see the facilities they have rights to.

How does my floor plan get into the system?

You upload a vector PDF, SVG or a sharp scan. The system recognises the unit codes (using text recognition for scans) and links each shape to a unit. You review the orange and red shapes and publish. Every import and publication is recorded in the audit log.

Can I split or merge units?

Yes. Splitting and merging units is part of standard unit management. Merged units are also recognised when you import a floor plan.

Can I see occupancy and MRR per facility?

Yes. The facility overview shows the unit count, occupancy rate, MRR and delinquency indicators for each site. You can filter by region and export the data.
